She specializes in creating real-time decision-making tools that enable owners to pro-actively manage their programs vs. reacting to issues as they arise. Becca started Strategic Analytics to revolutionize the way program controls is performed across multiple industries. Multi-disciplined analysts outperform siloed, single subject experts, saving programs money by streamlining workforce. Specialized reporting tools enable concise messages to management while maximizing output efficiencies. Becca has a vision that has proven effective and beneficial to owners.
APRIL MCDANIEL
Associate Principal
April has 15 years of program controls experience across multiple industries. She has a unique way of analyzing cost, schedule and technical relationships that enable her to highlight issues quickly. In her successful career at NASA, April became the go to person for her managers to rely on. She is a multi-disciplined analyst that brings forward-looking approaches to program controls. Her expertise lies in accurate forecasting during a program. This starts with developing an integrated cost, schedule and technical baseline and understanding how changes impact each area.
TOM MEDOVITCH
Associate Principal
With over 15 years of experience in Program Management for large-scale projects in both the commercial and defense nuclear power manufacturing sectors and over 13 years in the US. Marine Corps, Tom has established himself as a leader early on his career. Tom’s expertise lies in leading large cross-functional teams to initiate, plan, monitor and control the execution of Project Work Plans to achieve project technical, cost, and schedule objectives. Tom has a deep understanding in program forecasting which allows him to not only identify opportunities to save cost and schedule, but to effectively develop risk management plans to bring key decision points to the owner to mitigate or eliminate program threats. Additionally, Tom’s unique ability to effectively develop and oversee change management processes has been a critical component of the success in high-value programs.
JASON MINOCK
Associate Principal
Jason is a versatile program controls analyst who brings strong attention to detail and dynamic critical thinking skills to his work. His straightforward, practical approach to communications complements his unique specialty in crafting and maintaining custom multi-level program dashboards for owners and program leaders. He has deep experience with cost forecasting and analytical scheduling supplemented with a background in civil engineering for expert cross-functional support of programs across multiple industries, including nuclear propulsion system manufacturing and natural gas.

Carissa Palamides brings over fifteen years of relationship management and dynamic client-centric service to her role as Relationship Manager. People matter at Strategic Analytics.
